What is UPICustomHook.exe ?

It's being detected as malware in the company.
I wonder which file it is and if I can delete it.

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Desktop Common\RemoteComponents\UPI\customhook\UPICustomHook.exe

I have a request that UPICustomHook get access through my system.  Can someone elaboate on what exactly this is before I allow it in/out priveleges?
