whats the easiest way to make a form uneditable after its filled

I want to

1. flatten the form

2. remove embeded fonts and convert text and other stuff to outline

3. remove the metadata (title, application, pdf producer)

is there an easy way to do all of this at once?

This is all a bit much, but if you really want to do it like that export all the pages as images, then create new images from that file, then digitally sign it.

This is what I am currently doing. The only downside of this is the file size and image quality. The file size is hurting if image quality is good. Or the image quality is hurting if file size is low.

And so i am trying to switch to this process, which will keep the document in best quality at lowest file size

2. is useless since Acrobat Pro or another software can OCRize the file.

It's not when you use a font thats not readily available

It has nothing to do with the font used.
Try it with Acrobat Pro and you'll see.
