when converting word file to PDF, the quality of text appears distorted! please help

recently, I am facing issue while converting Word file to PDF. the header and few bold text appears distorted. Not sure why it is happening. I tried all advanced settings but its the same.

I create PDF from the Acrobat window-Menu --->create--> PDF from file--> select the word file. 

If I save the same file as PDF using Save as PDF option in Microsoft word, bookmarks for TOC doesn't appear. And, the text is distorted too.

Can someone guide me what is the setting which is disturbed and causing this issue.

P.S under Preferences---> Page Display--> Rendering--> for Laptop/LCD is already selected still the bold text appears distorted in the header. I have attached screenshots for reference. Please guide.
