When exporting PDF in Procore, letters become shaded or blacked out

I am trying to replicate a PDF on a contract I am making and I can't figure out why when exporting the PDF file out of the software we use, the letters become shaded in or blacked out where the watermark is. Here is a picture because it is hard to explain. It appears fine in the Acrobat reader and in the program I used to add the PDFs to the contract but only does this when being exported from our software.

Hi Madeline306362843c0s,

Thank you for reaching out.

If the PDF appears fine in Acrobat Reader, it is hard to comment on what might be causing the issue.

I would suggest contacting the support team for the software where the PDF is not working fine.

Thanks,

Meenakshi
