When I attempt to scan multiple pages at once, I place the document in the document feeder of my Brother MFC-J69200DW scanner/printer. The scanner ingests all pages and sounds like it scans all of the pages. But when the document pops up only the first page is displayed. How do I get adobe to create a multiple page PDF all at once?

Problem solved. The default scanner driver installed by Windows only gave access to the scanner WIA interface. I downloaded the driver from the Brother website and installed it. That gave me access to the Twain interface which correctly scans all the pages that go through the document feeder.

Adobe make lots of different things, which are used differently. So please let us know exactly which Adobe product you are using, and the version. Make sure to say whether it is Acrobat Pro, Acrobat Standard, Acrobat Reader or Adobe Reader. Please let us know if you're not sure how to find out.

To fill in my question, I am using Adobe Acrobat Standard DC version 2015.006.30306 on a Windows 10 machine.

Thanks. What specifically do you do in Acrobat to start the scanning? Or do you (for example) just press a button on the scanner?

Here is the sequence:
1. Open Acrobat
2. Select Tools
3. Select Create PDF
4. Select Scanner and Custom Scan
5. In Custom Scan dialog box, confirm that Scanner and Sides are correct, then click Scan
6. In Brother native interface, select Document Feeder, Black and white, paper size, and then click Scan.
