When I create a pdf using my scanner sometimes it will not let me save.

t starts to load the save as screen but it stays grey and I cant get it to save. It does this a lot but it always starts back working I don't really know what I should do to fix it

Hi Ustorg, 

It is hard to say what exactly creating the issue.

However, you may try some troubleshooting steps provided below:

- Make sure that the application is updated to the latest version available. Go to Help > Check for updates (Check here for the latest updates for the application Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader)

- Try once to repair the installation. Go to Help > Repair installation (only for Windows)

- Check if you are using the latest drivers for the Scanner. (Refer to this help document Troubleshoot PDF printing in Acrobat and Reader)

- You may also try to reset the application preferences. Use the steps provided here How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default.

Also, try the troubleshooting steps provided here Troubleshooting tips for scanner issues when using Acrobat 

Let us know if the issue still persists.

I use the update function in the help and that seems to have fixed the problem of not saving a scanned document. I just installed Acrobat today and I couldn't believe that updates weren't installed on the downloaded version.
