Hey there!

If I read the thread's title, I think you are looking for the suggestion. But if I go through the description, it seems you have already managed to find the resolution by rebooting your computer. Is that correct?

If you are still looking for the resolution, you can try the following steps-

1- Open Acrobat/Reader navigate to Edit>Preferences>General> uncheck "Show online storage when saving files"

Similarly for Mac: Blank Save As dialog box in Acrobat DC on Mac

2-  Install pending system update.

Hope this works for you.

Thanks,

Akanchha

Try this: Go to Edit (or the application menu if you're on a Mac) - Preferences - General and disable "Show online storage when saving files" and "Show online storage when opening files".
