When I send a doc for signatures is has in incorrect origination company as the "sent from"

Hello,

Whenever I send out a doc for e-signatures it says it is coming from an old business that hasn't existed in 10 years. There is no option to change that originating source title. At least, not one that is easy to find.

How can I stop this defunct business title from being the document's point-of-origin?
