When requesting E-Signatures, Previously Entered Texts disappear

When I use the prepare form feature of Adobe Acrobat Pro, I use the text fill-in boxes to write out the information I need so I can send to a client for signature. When requesting the e-signature feature, all the previously filled out boxes erase and is replaced with a new text box prompting to fill in the information again after it is sent out for signature.

 

This is problematic for the capacity I am using the e-signatures and hope their is a fix to the situation.

I have experienced the same issue with dissapering content. All previous descriptions are blank (see below). The fields cannot be draged or moved with the mouse once it's placed either.

I am having the same problem. The only time it works to request signatures is when I use the cloud based adobe which is not what I want to send documents on.

We are also experience this issue. We require signatures of employers who's employees are signing up with us. Now the forms are sending out blank after we have filled in all the information and are just requesting a signature. How do we fix this issue?

No it has not been fixed, I now use the Fill and Sign feature through the online portal instead of the app. It works perfectly fine there.

I switched back to the old version of acrobat by going to View - Disable New Acrobat. It is working for me without issue now.

I'm also still experiencing this problem. We have a form a different department made that's fillable with 3 different signature lines for 3 different departments, but after I fill in the form and sign on my line, I cannot send the form to anyone else to sign without the content I've already put in going away. This needs to get fixed - this is a basic function of Adobe Acrobat.
