Adobe Acrobat Standard version 22.002.20212.0

Microsoft Word 365 version 2208 (Build 15601.200888 Click-to-Run)

When saving a document as PDF, hyperlinks do not carry over on Page 1.  Other hyperlinks on the document carry over.  This issue is affecting several users.  We have tried the EXPORT option, as well as Print to PDF, and also changed options when saving without success.

I'm having the same issue. I've tried a number of settings in both Word and Acrobat and the issue persists.

By experimenting, I've found that the issue only affects 2- and 3-page documents. Links convert fine for 1-page documents and for any documents with 4 or more pages.
