When trying to access signed documents, getting an error

Recently (for the last day or two) when trying to pull documents, we receive the following error. Per my team "Sometimes it corrects when I just refresh and sometimes I just have to reopen...it's just happened several times in the last few days of processing. "image (20).png

You may try the following troubleshooting steps if the issue occurring:

- Try clearing the cache cookies for the browser.

- Try signing in to the account from an alternate browser.

- Use new incognito window on Chrome browser.
