Where can you download the full version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC?

Our vendor requires that the users have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on users windows machines to be able to read PDF's through their app. I am looking for a pointer to the full version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC as some of them already have Acrobat Pro. So I can install it on their machines to resolve app issues.

They can't have both Reader and Acrobat installed at the same time. It's the same application, currently.

Currently we have users where both versions are installed. That URL does not get you the full version. Just an installer.
