I have creative cloud. The full thing.
Under "Acrobat and PDF" I can (suddenly) only install Acrobat Reader without all the editing functions.
What the hell.
Have they turned Acrobat Pro DC into a cloud-only version or what?
How can the app be gone? How can this be confusing? Where the hell is the app?

Now, Acrobat Reader and Acrobat Pro is the same software.
Pro features are unlocked when you are logged with your Adobe id, otherwise it runs as Reader.

I am logged in. I can use any other software and download them etc. But Acrobat Reader opens, without editing possibilities.
It is named "Acrobat" in the Creative Cloud-app. But opened it says "Adobe Acrobat Reader".

Did you install it on it own, or via the CC app? Try the latter (after uninstalling the current installation, of course).

I install everything through the app.

You should be able to connect/log in with your Adobe id somewhere in Reader
