which "adobe acrobat standard" license product application enables to convert an HEIC img into .pdf

After a mandatory spacesaving applications'suppression on my Mc book pro,  I was not able anymore to convert HEIC photos into .pdf documents (with the preinstalled mac book menu "rapid actions" directly clickable on an HEIC photo, on the top left after a "right click") ; 

SO which is that application enabling this rapid conversion ? 

it must be a  free telechargeable adobe application because i just have (and paid)  an "adobe acrobat standard" license.  Thanks in advance for your answer
