While printing PDF, every other page is unreadable

Hi,

After updating to Windows 10, when I pring PDF using Adobe DC, every other page of a file is unreadable. Adobe DC reinstallion didn't help. Any idea how to fix it?

Would you mind sharing more details about the issue you are facing, for a better understanding:

• What is the application and the version you have? Do you have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (Freeware) or Adobe Acrobat DC (Subscription based)? To check the version of the application please use the link :https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html
• Is this a behavior with a particular PDF or with all the PDF? Try printing a different PDF and check.
• What is the workflow or steps you are doing to print the PDF file?
• Could you please share a screenshot of the printed page that is unreadable? Also, if its a file specific issue please share the sample file with us via private message for testing. Click on the message icon on the top right corner of the screen to start the private message.

Try printing the PDF as image. Go to Print > Advanced >  Print As image > Click OK  and check.

You may also try to open the PDF in Google chrome. Right Click > Select, Open with Chrome and try to print from there.

Also, make sure you have the application updated to the recent version 22.2.20212. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer
