While saving a PDF from a web document, how do I make the links still work?

I've searched and searched and cannot find instructions how to keep links functioning (by just clicking on the link) in a PDF document that I saved from the web. How do I do this in Acrobat DC? Any help would be appreciated!

Hi,

Hope you are doing well.

Are you saving a webpage as a PDF or saving a PDF file to your system?

If saving a webpage as PDF, then how exactly you have been converting it? Using Acrobat DC plugin or some other method?

If opening a already created PDF file within Acrobat or Reader DC and still not able to access the links then try the following steps:

1-If its hyperlink to another file, then make sure you have the source file available in your system, to be able to access it.

2- For links, check the following preferences settings enabled. https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/using/allow-or-block-links-internet.html

Thanks,

Akanchha
