Why, after so many years of using the Reader sin problemas for choir practice do I have to prepare myself for the disappointment of not being ready for the start of rehearsal because I must now login so very often and at unpredictable intervals?

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat Reader DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 22.1.20117 (Win), 20112 (Mac) Installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also, please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/acrobat-repeatedly-prompts-for-sign-in.html and see if that works.
