I have been using acrobat to convert PDFs for a while. Today, the program looks different and there is no option to convert. What did you do and why do I have to search the far corners of the internet to figure out how to use a product that I have been paying for? This is affecting my business and trying to contact you people has been a giant waste of time. I am on hold about to cancel my account.

Thanks for the reply. I actually just restarted my computer and it seemed to fix it. Sorry for the false alarm

Hi Brentond,
Sorry but I could use more information before I can help you:
What is your OS (and have you done your updates and if so is there a relationship between doing an update on your OS and this problem)?
What version of Acrobat are you using?
Is there any other possible changes you've done to your system or any other application that coincided with this change in Acrobat?
Thanks, I hope I can help you.

None of these solutions works for me. I have acrobat dc, but I can't do a simple function like converting MS word document into a pdf! Help

Check to see if the PDF Maker is installed into Word under Options.
Until you can figure it out, you can simply Save-As PDF without using Acrobat.
