Why is alt tag/ text working for some of my graphs and not for the rest?

Hi, does anyone know why the alt tag text gets displayed for one of the graphs but not the other? They were sent to me in a Word file if that helps.

Could you please confirm if this is an issue with a particular PDF?

Share the Acrobat and OS versions on the machine. 

Ensure that you are using the latest version available for the Acrobat.
