why is there nowhere you can actually talk to adobe?

I did a trial on an adobe product- it was not suitable for what I wanted so I cancelled it. Ore thought I had. I recentlytchanged by debit card and paid for my annual plan I have had for several years. Then I get notes telling me they can't access my card to take a £24.95 monthly charge for the product I cancelled aft er the trial. There is no way I can cancel this on my account ,they have inserted my new number against  the product and I do not want to stake any further debits for aproduct I cancelled- they have already taken five months.

What do you do when you can't speak to them in anyway?

Do I cancel the annual sub I want to keep and instrucxt my card company to block any more payments to Adobe.

This is not a reasonable way to run acompany.

Anyone have acontact point for Adobe or is it another case of a big company v a vbery small person?
