Why isn't cropping working now?

I'm trying to crop a scanned document but the crop feature gives me an error in Acrobat. Can I get comments on why this isn't working. I've posted screenshots below:

Here are my questions: 

1. Can I crop out the other parts of this PDF? I just need the page on the right. 

2. What is Error 6? 

3. Can I apply AI to clean this up to what I want?

Since this is a scan, try exporting the page to a high-quality image file (use the PNG format, for example), and crop it in an image editing application (like Photoshop), and then create a new PDF file from that image, if you wish.
