Why the installation take so much time?

I try to install the Acrobat DC, but after 30 minutes ONLY 11% was instilled. Why?

Where are you downloading the installer from?

Also, is the Internet connection behind a VPN or firewall and which operaring system are you on?

What happens if you empty the DNS cache and reset the IP address configuration currently assigned to that computer?
