PDF in Japanese will not convert to Word doucument in Japanese

Please try changing the Recognized text language to Japanese when exporting the PDF to Word. You can take a look at the steps suggested in the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3Rnf377.

Hello Meenakshi. Thank you for your advice, very much appreciated It did not help as my Adobe is Adobe Acrobat 2017. This is a fully paid up item. Not on subscription. When I later contacted Adobe, answer was you must upgrade to a fully paid subscription. No help offered for my OLD software. Usual please pay more money. It does ok with an English document, I was just trying to help my wife, who is Japanese. So not worth it to me to upgrade.

Again Arigato. It is good to find unpaid advice these days.
