Win 10 Deleted Windows Installer Files/Acrobat DC

I deleted some installer files from windows and now acrobat dc didn't update anymore (bad idea). I tried to uninstall acrobate dc but the creative cloud won't let me do it. Now I deleted every file from acrobat dc from windows but the adobe creativ cloud shows that the program is installed and theres noting I can do. what should I do? Thank you

Hello Audiovisuelleg,

As per the description above, you are not able to use the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC i.e. not able to uninstall and re-install, Is that correct?

Please try the following steps mentioned below:
