window 更新後   執行pdf轉jpg  無法成功     找不到轉換後的檔案

adobe該更新都更新了   執行時   沒有跳出轉檔失敗的訊息   但是設定的路徑資料夾中  找不到轉換好的檔案

2025年的我也有一樣的問題，(windows 11 24h2 )

Acrobat 也有移除再安裝，除了jpg 其它匯出都正常，右下有bar 跑完，找不到轉換後的檔案.......

Could you please provide more details to help us better understand your query?

1. Are you encountering any error messages? If so, what does the message say? Please share a screenshot or video of the error if possible.
2. Which Adobe product are you using—Acrobat Reader or Adobe Acrobat Pro? Also, could you share its version?
   
   • You can check this in:
     • Windows: Go to the Menu (top-left) > Help > About Adobe Acrobat Pro / Adobe Acrobat Reader
     • Mac: Click Acrobat > About Adobe Acrobat Pro / Adobe Acrobat Reader
   • If possible, please attach a screenshot of the About Info window.
3. What operating system and version are you using?
4. Does this issue occur with a specific file or all files?

Hi @xn66, 

Sorry for the troubled experience, and delayed response. 

It seems that Acrobat is using Online Services to export PDF files. Currently, Adobe doesn't offer Cloud Services in China, which could be the reason this issue is appearing on your side. 

You may try using this registry to block Acrobat from using Cloud Services and utilize the system's capability to export files. 

Try the following registry and let us know

For Win Acrobat 64-bit, the registry path is: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\FeatureLockDown\cServices\bUpdater If this is set to 0, this will tune out all services

If the registry change doesn't help, provide us with a screenshot of the registry. Also, share the requested information by @Utkarsh35493727za1t above with us

我的是在2024年底 Windows 系統升級至 Windows 11 之後(目前是 Windows 11 24H2 )，

也開始有相同的問題，JPG 2000、TIF、PNG 都可以正常轉出，

只有在轉 JPG 的時候，右下方的 bar 從第一頁跑到最後一頁，但找不到轉換後的 JPG 檔....

同一個PDF 檔，請同事 (Windows 10) 幫忙轉 JPG 是可以轉出來的，

希望可以趕快找出原因，使用上真的很不方便 T.T
