Window closes after cropping the image

I have Acrobat Pro DC (32-bit), while I had converted from Word document to PDF, its working smoothly. In PDF document, on cropping after inserting the image, the pop window that does not appear and programme closes spontaneously. I don't know what reason is but every time I had cropping the image, the PDF window closes. Please help.

Have you tried to modify your MS Word original instead and export that as a pdf?

I have to add image in PDF only, cropping image in PDF, the adobe acrobat programme closes.
