Hi there
I have a display problem with the acrobat window. It occours when ich drag or resize the window (mostly when more than one file is opened but also with just a singe one).
The bar at the top (where the window can be closed or minimized) dissapears and there ist a strange kind of "tearing" of the image at the bottom of the window (see pictures).
When this occours, the window either freezes completly or one of the opened files can be dragged away from the bar at the top, so a new window with just this file is opened.
The problem appears regardless of the file opened.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Greetings,
Josh

Hi @Joshua31287222yygy
Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that
Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.
What is the version of the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure you have the recent version 23.03.20244 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
Also, try to repair the installation from the help menu (Win Only) and see if that works.
Please try to reset the Acrobat preferences as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-defau... and see if that works.

Amal

Hi Amal
Unfortunately, the problem is there regardless of the file opened.
I've checked for updates, repaired the installation and then reinstalled Acrobat but that didn't solve the problem.
At last I also deleted the preferences, but that didn't help either...
I can send You the sysInfo file, maye there is a problem with a plugin?
Thanks for your help,
Josh

Hi there
Please try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check.

Hi Amal
Our IT has reintalled the whole CC with all the applications and this solved my problem.
I've also found this thread from the windows forum (If anybody experiences the same problems wich a reinstallation can`t fix)
Thanks for your help Amal
