Windows 11 and Classic Acrobat Instant Crash While Signing In

Hello,

I have an older model of Acrobat DC Pro that I am trying to install. Finally, I figured out how to install it but I cannot sign in to get acceptance from the sign in.

P.S. I saw that I needed to update my registry. That has not helped.

Hello Amal,

 

Seth here, wozzers. The system is now working out of nowhere. I have not done anything or changed a hkey value. 

 

Now, for some odd reason, it just works. Thank you for replying and conversing with me on this issue. It is closed now.

Hello,

 

It seems that maybe the 2015 version of Adobe Acrobat DC Pro is not stable for Windows 11. I am just not sure, as I cannot sign in to complete my registration of the software.

P.S. I installed the acrobat reader in the meantime. If anyone else is having this issue, please let me know.

Hi there

 

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.

 

Would you mind sharing the version of the OS and the Acrobat DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat.

 

What happens when you try to sign in to the application do you get any error messages? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same for a better understanding.

 

Also please try to create a new test user profile with full admin rights in Win or enable the root account in MAC and try using the application there and check.

Hello,

I am using Windows 11 on a Lenovo Desktop. Acrobat DC Pro 2015 is the version. I will download it again to test it out and reply with some screen shots of the issues/errors.

I tried. I tried that first. I rebooted the computer afterwards too, i.e. just to make sure it would work.
