Windows 11 und Canon Drucker

Hallo liebe Community,

ich habe mir einen neuen Laptop mit Windows 11 gekauft und auch Adobe Acrobat DC heruntergeladen und Installiert. Jetzt habe ich allerdings das Problem, dass ich wenn ich etwas drucken will auf meinem Canon LBP7680 i-sensys es als leeres Blatt ausgegeben wird.

Hat jemand das Problem und kann mir helfen??

Andere Dateiformate wie Word, Excel, etc. werden problemlos gedruckt.

Ich danke euch im Vorraus für die Hilfe.

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. If the file is stored on a shared network please download it to your computer locally and try again.

Check for any missing/pending updates for printer driver and firmware and try updating it.

Also in the print Window of Acrobat, Under comment and forms, Select, Document and markups as shown in the screenshot below:

You may also try to remove the printer driver/firmware, reboot the computer once and reinstall the driver from the manufacturer's website and see if that helps.
