Windows 7 is outdated and shouldn't be used any more. There's not reason for Adobe to support this OS anymore.

You can't with that setup.

The MINIMUM setup for Acrobat Pro on Windows is:

Windows 10 (32 bit and 64 bit) version 1809 or later, Windows 8, 8.1 (32 bit and 64 bit), Windows 7 SP1 (32 bit and 64 bit), or Windows Server - 2008 R2 (64 bit), 2012 (64 bit), 2012 R2 (64 bit), 2016 (64 bit), or 2019 (64 bit)

This is from https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/system-requirements.html

I regret to say that it might be time to update your computer if you wish to use ANY of the latest software titles. If your computer is too old for the a more modern PC OS, than you would probably have to update that as well.

Sorry
