Wont Download

Nothing will download.

I turned my computer on today to find Adobe removed itself now im trying to reinstall and nothing is working.

Ive changed languages removed firewalls used 3 different browsers and your "creative cloud" that is now required but wasnt required 2 days ago wont let me login using google even though im already logged in.
