Word to PDF - format problems

When saving a Word file to pdf, I have issues with format of the text that changes. Please see screenshots attachted.

How are you converting the file from Word to PDF, exactly? What command are you using?

thanks. i realized it also happens even if i download pdf file to my computer. for example - when i open the pdf file in my email - as a preview - the format is okay, when i download it, it appears as on the screenshot.
