I am trying to convert a Word 2016 docx file to pdf. Every time I try it the background repeats.
Word file
I don't know how to make it stop doing this. I have tried saving as a doc file. I have tried restricting editing. When I use the print command to print to pdf none of the background come out at all and it missing all of the header information.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. I am in over my head 😕

Hi Cheryl,
As per the issue description mentioned above, you are facing issue when converting a word, file to pdf is that correct?
Could you let us know the application you are using to create pdf - Adobe Reader ( with pdf pack or Adobe Acrobat)?
What are the steps you are taking to convert word file to pdf?
Does this happen with this specific word file? Have you tried with other word files?
Also, would it be possible to share the word file you are working with to replicate the issue at our end? To share the file here in the forums, refer to the steps given in this link: How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud
You may also share the link for the pdf via private message - How Do I Send Private Message
Thanks,

I have tried Adobe Acrobat DC 2015

I have tried Create PDF from File in Acrobat, I have tried using the convert to PDF in Word as well as Saving as PDF in Word. All produce the same results.

It is only happening with this file and I think it has to do with the template. But I don't know how to fix it.
I will try and upload file.
