Word document was made by someone on our marketing team and included our company logo in the header as an image and a footer with our contact info / page number. Everything looked good and formatted accordingly. This issue we are seeing is attached in screenshots (I have circled in red the gap in the header that is occuring as well as the shift in the address in footer)
Basically no matter how we save or export the document to a PDF, when we open the PDF in Adobe Accrobat, the logo image in the header seems to shift on a few random pages, as does the footer location. The shifting is minimal, but we want all of our documents to look professional. We have tried a few things but nothing has fixed the issue.
Not sure if it is also worth noting, but when we open the PDF file in any other PDF viewer program, this issue does not occur. It is ONLY when opening the PDF in Adobe Accrobat.

Hi there
Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.
Is this a behavior with a particular Word file or with all the Word files, please try with a different Word file and check. Also, please share the Word file in question so that we can try to replicate the issue on our end and check.
What is the workflow/steps you are doing to create the PDF from the Word file? A small video recording of the same would be very helpful. Also, try to create the PDF from the Acrobat ribbon in the Word toolbar and check if that helps.
Also, go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/how-to/create-pdf-files-word-excel-website.html and see if that works.
Also, make sure you have the recent version 22.1.20085 installed go to help > check for updates and reboot the computer once.
Regards
Amal
