Hello
A user reported and showed me an issue I couldn't figure out: Shes converting a word doc into PDF, (saves it as PDF) then she adds her digital signature with Adobe Acrobat (up to date) and then she tries to save as the signed PDF but gets back an error (cannot save with this file name at this location). She then deletes the signature, re adds it and try to save as it again but this time the file name that comes up is a "temp" and then she chooses the same PDF file and it works.
I know this is "only" a few clicks but we know how users reacts to these kind of issues.
Thank you in advance,

Hi SzZsolt,
Thank you for reaching out.
When you add the Digital Signature, it asks to save the file with a different name if there is already a file with the same name in that location. You can save it with another name or replace the existing file. We always suggest keeping the file with a different name, as you will have both versions of the file.
If the user gets the message that the file cannot be saved in the location, please let us know if they are saving it locally or to an external location. Please share the screenshot of the message they received.
Thanks,
Meenakshi

Hi Meenakshi
She tries to save the signed PDF with save as and replace the previous PDF which has no signature. Should could use a different name but it would mean an extra file. According to her, this wasn't an issue until 2 weeks ago. She was able to save as and overwrite the unsigned PDF with the signed one. She is saving the file locally, there are no issues with write permission too.
I told her to have different file name for both versions but she has 3 files now 1 word 2 pdf instead of 1 word and 1 signed PDF like 2 weeks ago.
I know it sounds like a nonsense issue but according to her it was working before.
Thanks,
Zsolt
