Hello all,
for some time now, the color rendering in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (Version 2021.007.20099) no longer matches the color rendering in Adobe InDesign. Although the PDF file (PDF/X-3) was created correctly and the color profiles match. The color rendering is also wrong when I use the output preview in Adobe Acrobat.
Do you have any idea what could be the reason for this? Or is it a bug that occurs with others as well? By the way, I use a color profiled monitor from EIZO (CG 246) and Windows 10 Pro.
Thanks for your help!
Greetings, Oliver

I also have this problem.
I reinstalled Acrobat DC and everything came back to normal for a while, but after some time the colors are again too bright in comparison to Indesign or Illustrator.
I checked the color settings in Adobe Bridge - everything is synchronized to Europe Prepress 3.

Me too!
It's how Labo TM sais: Wrong colors in Acrobat > reinstalled Acrobat DC > correct colors for about 10 minutes > than the same problem again. It could be graphic card maybe. My setup: Win10, nvidia graphic card, eizo-Monitor with color navigator.
Does anyone have a solution in the meantime?
Thank you
Andi

Hello
I'm having the same issue for some time now. I have tried it all: reinstalled Acrobat, installed a fresh copy of Windows 10, updated graphics card driver. Nothing.
Colors are correct for about 10 minutes after launching Acrobat after fresh installation. Under Preferences > Color Management there is the colorful icon that says everything is Synchronized. If I open up the Settings drop down menu I can see my custom profiles and everything. And after 10 minutes or so the color goes wrong (strongly over-saturates) and when I open up Color Management I see the following picture (see attached photo). When I open up Settings drop down menu my personal settings are gone. It seems that Acrobat loses the sync with Bridge and color profiles. When changing manually Working Spaces the colors won't change.
Any updates on this issue?
Best regards.

Hallo Sentinel,
Andi

Hello
For me this doesn't work. If I sync my Color Management settings in Bridge I still see the same results as in the attached photo. Settings will not change in Acrobat. In all other Adobe programs (Ai, Ps, Id) the settings change like they should.
Best regards.

Hello
Does anybody know where I could find earlier Acrobat Pro DC installers?
It is not possible to select previous versions for Acrobat in the Creative Cloud app.
Installers from around July to September 2021 should work as this color rendering issue started in October 2021 or so.
Thank you.
