Wrong language

My Adobe Acrobat XI did not install in English.  I unistalled, and reinstalled, and it is still in some other language.  How do I get my program installed in English?

I know this is nearly 4 years later, but I found your solution and it worked for me. Thank you so much. I was so frustrated over this and could get no help from Adobe. Interestingly enough, I did reach someone on the phone in India, and after transfer to a level 2 support person they just hung up the call, and it wasn't an accidental hang-up. I got the message "Thank you for your call, and please call back if you need further assistance.  I tried the automated chat assistant this morning and whatever I woould type into the chat box would just disappear a few seconds later!
