Hello Adobe communtiy. My users are having an unexpected pop up when reviewing adobe pdf's to make comments. My users are randomly receiving a "You are not authriozed to view the file." pop up message.
We've checked permissions and our recipients and owner look correct. We've also noticed when the files are shared Adobe sends dupilcates of the email containing the PDF for review. If my users click on the link sent from the first email, they'll receive the message. If the users click on the second link provided by Adobe the PDF opens fine. Also, if the user goes back and clicks on the link from the first email after opening the second email's links, Everything works just fine. Please help!

I have the same issue at my organization. We also get an error even trying to set up a doc review and trying to share it out.
Did something change today?
