I had an older but great version of Adobe Acrobat installed on my PC. I wanted to try your new Pro version that offers PDF to Excel spreadsheet export. After installing the new Pro version that is $19.99 per month, I tried the export to spreadsheet. It failed miserably. I then discovered that my old version of Adobe Acroat was GONE!!!  No warnings, no asking for permissio, nothing. How dare you delete my software.

I am sorry the process you used upgraded your previous installation. 

I hope you had a complete backup of your system to restore.
