This is the error I get out of the blue. Nothing helps. I am connected to the internet!
I work with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC for years. Never had that.

Can you please help? I cannot find a telefon support either.

Do you have the Trend Micro security software installed on your system? If yes, Please check the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/cant-verify-your-subscription-status.html
If it still doesn't work, please check your connection to Adobe server and try to reset the host file manually as described in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html
