'Zoom to window extent' button is missing in new Acrobat Pro DC

The Zoom feature is still available in the application. The option is available in the right-hand panel. For more information, please refer to the help document at the following link: https://adobe.ly/4nRbqEc.

Meenakshi, thanks for the quick response & I have succeeded in finding the 'Marquee' tool, but only through the drop down menu under 'View/Zoom'. As you can see on the attached screenshot, I can't find the icon to load it on to my vertical toolbar. As an aside, I've read in this chat just now that some are having trouble with 'not' having the toolbar on the right-hand side, but I must be missing something. Anyway, I would appreciate you putting on the right path, so thanks in advance.
