I could barely read the error message shared on the screenshot, as it's not visible correctly.
All I see is that you have trouble uninstalling the application. If you cannot uninstall the app from the control panel, try the below method:
1- Close Outlook and other apps which requires Acrobat to run.

Run this cleaner tool to remove the existing installer and application’s file traces:
