I renewed my annual Reader export .pdf to Word tool and that payment went through just fine. However, an additional two payments of $1 each were also pushed through. I cannot find anywhere on the website where I might get an answer to this. Please contact me - Suzan Lorraine. I would appreciate an explanation.
