Hi
At my work, we use a COM add-in within Outlook for integration with a 3rd party software called Pivotal.
If I generate a new email in Outlook, the COM add-in is present in the ribbon of the email.
Even when I create an email using the 'share' option in Word, or when using 3rd party programs like Snagit, or Nitro Reader, the COM add-in is present in the ribbon of the email.
However, it is not present when using the 'Send file as email attachment' option in Adobe Reader. I have tested with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC and with Adobe Reader XI with the same results.
Does anyone know why? What is different about the way Adobe Reader generates Outlook emails?
Just to be clear, it has no issues creating the email in Outlook (default email handler). This is just a question about the Pivotal COM add-in not being present for Adobe generated emails.
Thanks.

Wild guess: maybe it's because Reader is 32 bit And you add-on isn't. You should ask the add-on makers.
