Accessing PDF Converting Features??

Hello,

I am from the Caribbean (Trinidad and Tobago). I tried to see how I could get the converting feature, however I was told that the features are not available in my country. For example, I wish to convert a PDF document to a Word document. How else could I go about this aside from doing it online on random websites, that may store my data.

Would the converting and other features be available in the Caribbean at all?

I'm not positive it's available there but have you tried the full version of Adobe Acrobat?
