I have begun using a different cloud service and would like my Adobe ID and Document Cloud account terminated. How would I do that?

This is the forum for the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. If that is what you are using, you can just delete it.

If not and you have a subscription to Acrobat DC Pro or Standard, you need to go in to manage your account. Do you have an annual subscription paid monthly or a monthly subscription? What version of Acrobat?

Yes. This is for the free Adobe Reader app. I do not see any options in the app that allow for me to delete the account.

To delete the free Reader, delete it according to your operating system: Mac or Windows.

To delete your Adobe ID, you have to contact customer care. It is also free.

There is direct link to change it to another email address, but you need to talk to Adobe directly to delete it.
