my younger brother recently got a new laptop, the Acer Swift 3 SF314-41. In the attached files you can see the graphical error that he sees every time when opening a pdf. I updated all drivers to the newest version and tried reinstalling the drivers and adobe Acrobat, but nothing helps. The display always looks like a graphical computing error, yet the text remains intact. For example i can still copy and paste it into word. Its displaying wrong colours in square tiles. I atteched some screenshots and pictures taken from my phone as reference.
For comparison, the Foxit reader does display the pdfs without any issues.
Does someone know what causes this display / graphic error on my brother’s laptop? A solution would be appreciated.
