Acrobat Adobe DC

New Here ,
Feb 22, 2017 Feb 22, 2017

I came to work today and seen that there was an update for my Acrobat Adobe DC so I downloaded it. After downloading it I signed back in and I went to export a pdf file to word format and it wants me to buy that feather. I bought this with the software, it has always worked before and now nothing. Please help.

Thanks,
Craig

What exactly did you purchase. You say "Acrobat Adobe DC".

There are:

Adobe Acrobat DC (pro or Standard) that you pay for

There is Adobe Acrobat Reader (which you do not pay for)

There is Adobe PDFPack (which is a paid-for add-on for Adobe Acrobat Reader)

One that that "may" have happened. You "may" have Adobe Acrobat DC (Pro or Standard) and that update was for Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) which you may also have had on your system. When you updated, it took over the pdf file associations from Acrobat (paid-for) and now is using Reader to open the files.

So, tell us what you have and me can see about getting this running properly again.
