Hi,
If i try to open a pdf created with Acrobat Pro with fillable camps, Acrobat DC immediatly close with no pop up box. Trying opening the same file from another computer (with acrobat DC) or open the same file in the same pc with another pdf software it opens without problem. Trying opening another PDF without fillable camps, works.
If i unistall and then install again Acrobat DC it seems work fine for some time, but then i have still the problem (after restart).
Windows 11 Pro 21H2
Thanks

Hi Davide
Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described, Acrobat DC Closes immediately on with fillable pdf, windows 11
It seems to be a file specific issue, would you mind sharing the PDF file in question so that we can check it at our end?
Also, as mentioned the same file opens fine on other computers, What is the version of the OS of the other computers?
Please try to repair the installation of Adobe Acrobat from the help menu and reboot the computer. You may also try to turn off the protected mode for testing and see if that works. Go to Edit > Preferences > Enhanced Security > Uncheck 'Enable Protected mode at startup', turn off the protected mode and uncheck 'Enhanced Security' > Click OK and reboot the computer once.
Note: Please turn on the security after testing to avoid any security risk.
You may also try to create a new test user user profile with full admin rights in Windows and try using the application there and check.
Also please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-crashes-on-windows-os.html

Amal

Hi Davide
Would you mind collecting the Adobe CC logs https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html and procmon logs https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/acromonitor.html and share the logs via document cloud https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/sharing-pdfs.html so that we can isolate the issue for the fix
Regards
Amal
