Acrobat DC crashes when opening multiple files

Ever since updating to version 2024.5.20320 we are unable to open multiple pdf files, The first file opens fine then on trying to open a second pdf the adobe app crashes there is no error displayed but to use the app i have to end task in in task manager then I can open one pdf but when i go and try to open the second the app crashes, we have multiple users facing this issue I have tried Removing app with Acro cleaner and reinstalled app, Running program in compatibility mode didn't help. Tried to Repair installation, Disabled page cache, Cleared local app data and let Adobe recreate folder still nothing please help this is driving nuts?

Check for any pending updates from the Menu > help > check for updates, install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and check. For more information, see this: https://adobe.ly/4kjFHeg. Let us know if the app still crashes when opening multiple PDF files.

 

If the issue persists, please collect the Crash logs from the affected machine and share them with us for further investigation.
